Temporary Practice Closure for Staff Training

Patient safety is our highest priority. To ensure we continue to provide safe, high-quality care, all members of our team regularly undertake Protected Learning Time (PLT) training.

Heathcot Medical Practice will be closed from 1:00 pm on Friday 17 July 2026 while our staff attend this important training session.

Our telephone lines will remain open ponly if you have an urgent medical problem, please call the practice as usual on 01483 761100.

Please note that GP cover during this time is limited. Your call will be assessed by our team, and you will be triaged according to the urgency of your clinical need. Patients with urgent medical problems will be prioritised and offered appropriate advice or an appointment where clinically necessary.

If your problem is not urgent, please contact the practice when we reopen on Monday during our normal opening hours.

If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 999 immediately or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department.
